Coaching Hotline

Did you know that I worked as a psychologist on a helpline for three years?

Coaching support is comparable to psychotherapy in that it may range from being solely focused on promoting intervention use to being more collaborative in character and facilitating the client’s acquisition of insight, knowledge, skills, or problem-solving.

I often ask clients to turn off the camera. Clients, in my experience, care less about their appearance during video calls and more about the content of the talks, including their thoughts and feelings.

If you or someone you know is in crisis and needs help now, call triple zero (000).
You can also call Lifeline on 13 11 14 — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Another advantage of using a hotline is that you do not have to identify yourself and may hang up at any moment, with no obligation and are welcome to discuss any topic or concern.

We are offering free phone coaching 2 hours a week Tue and Wed 10-11am AEST.
