When it comes to weight loss I tell my clients, out of the two things, diet and exercise, it is most important what you put in your mouth.
Because the answer is – you can’t out exercise a bad diet.
Like me, you’ve probably seen plenty of people at the gym with toned arms and legs and a spare tyre around the tummy. How does that work? How can they be that fit but not slim? I would make a bet that it is probably about what they eat and drink……
Although diets are marketed as being the whole answer to weight loss, the truth is diet and exercise are only the tip of the ice berg.
