The Balanced Mind Diet

Years of battling with eating habits or weight cycling can twist our thinking in two unhelpful ways: 

1. We become trapped in obsessive, food-focused thoughts as our minds try to “solve the problem.” 

2. We develop a harsh inner-critic to explain why we’re struggling, blaming ourselves at every turn, causing shame, anxiety, eroding our self-trust and reinforcing the problem. 

The result is an identity formed around our food story. You see yourself as a “binge eater” or an “overeater,” and your subconscious mind keeps your actions in alignment with that identity.  It’s a trap.

But that identity story is not you. It’s just a script. And scripts can be rewritten.

Author of the Balanced Mind Diet micro book, Suzi has a range of expertise and experience she can call on to help you blast past resistance and roadblocks. In addition to an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Family Therapy and her Strategic Intervention Life Coach Certification, Suzi is trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguisting Programming) and is a qualified hypnotherapist.
